1. Do NOT give any food after midnight the evening prior to surgery or testing. A small amount of water may be left available overnight

2. Give your pet its current medication, unless told otherwise by your doctor.

3. For patients that are new to our hospital, please make an appointment with the doctor that your pet’s procedure is scheduled. The doctors like to examine pets before the procedure

4. If your pet is staying overnight and requires a special diet or medication, please notify us. We may need you to bring it with you

Please allow extra time for your pet to urinate and have a bowel movement on the morning of surgery.

Our drop-off time is between 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Please allow at least 15 minutes for check-in to go over all the necessary paperwork. If you need a later drop-off time, this can often be arranged with advance notice. Pets can be dropped off the evening before for an additional boarding charge.
