Ellen graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1999 with her degree in veterinary technology. She has been with Mason Family Pet Hospital since 2007 and worked at Beechmont Pet Hospital with our very own Dr. Carr before that. Ellen is interested in many aspects of the veterinary field including animal behavior, reptiles, and educating clients on hand raising abandoned kittens and puppies. She is also very passionate about making and decorating clay paw prints for our clients who have had to say goodbye to their precious pets. When she is not at work, Ellen enjoys spending time with her husband Tom, their sons Luke and Joey, and their daughter Maggie. They share their home with their extended furry family that includes two basset hounds, a cheagle, two leopard geckos, and a plethora of cats, many of which Ellen hand raised herself.
